Delete a Single Fishing Record (Partial Data)
You can delete individual fishing records, photos, and catch history without deleting your account:
- Open the LureScore app on your device
- Go to Profile → My Fishing Records (your trip history)
- Tap the trip you want to remove
- Tap Delete Trip and confirm
Deleting a record removes that trip's catch data, photo, and its contribution to your personal AI model.
Delete Your Entire Account (All Data)
- Open the LureScore app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
What gets deleted and retention period: Your account is disabled immediately upon request. After a 30-day cooling-off period, all personal information and user content (account, fishing records, photos, videos, AI models, usage history) are permanently deleted. During the cooling-off period the account cannot be logged into and the email cannot be re-registered. Limited information may be retained for the period required or permitted by law (for example, tax and accounting records, security logs, and fraud prevention).
External Deletion Request
If you cannot access the App, email privacy@lure.aidecy.com from the address associated with your account and include your username. We will verify account ownership before taking action, normally within 5 business days. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or government identification by email.
