Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials
- All fishing records and catch history
- All uploaded photos and videos
- AI models and personal fishing index data
- Usage history and preferences
Before You Delete
- Cancel your subscription: If you have an active Google Play subscription, please cancel it in the Play Store to avoid being charged after deletion.
- Cooling-off period: Your account will be disabled immediately. After a 30-day cooling-off period, all data will be permanently deleted. During this period, you cannot log in or register with the same email.
- This cannot be undone: Once the 30-day period expires, your data cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account:
- Open the LureScore app on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
External Deletion Request
If you cannot access the App, email privacy@lure.aidecy.com from the address associated with your account. Include your username and the email address on the account. We will verify account ownership before taking action, normally within 5 business days.
Your account will be disabled after we accept the request. Personal information and User Content will be permanently deleted after the 30-day deletion period described in the Privacy Policy, subject to limited retention required or permitted by law. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or government identification by email.
